David is Best person to guide you thru a sell of a home! I was a nervous wreck! I spoke with multiple Realtors and I just did not get that honest and sincere feeling I got from David! David definitely went out of his way to guide/get me thru the sell of our 1st home with out being pushy!David was very patient with me, made it easy, and he was available via txt, email, phone and morning breakfast meetings regarding the progress of my home prior to the actual open house and after the open house to discuss the multiple offers received within 2days. David even went out of his way to make the yard presentable, found someone who fixed my broken window, and got quotes for me for my pool repairs, prior to open house. I couldn’t have sold this home without the help from David. So thank you David for being honest, efficient sincere, hardworking and most of all kind!!You listened to what I wanted and you delivered!
